Air transportation services from 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 for the movement of six passengers with personal baggage utilizing contractor-furnished, IFR-equipped, multi-engine aircraft from OLF Webster Field, St. Mary's County Airport, or the Naval Air Station Patuxent River MD to various locations within a 500-mile radius on an ``as required'' basis. A pilot and copilot are required on all flights. This requirement is for a one-year contract with two one-year options under FAR 52.219-9 and a ``not to exceed'' six months under FAR 52.217-8. Offer will not be considered unless the offeror is an air taxi operator within the meaning of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (19 USC 1301) as amended.
