equipment, material, labor, and supervision to alter a jet engine
repair shop to a flight simulator facility at General Mitchell IAP
(ANG), Milwaukee, WI. Project consists of a 30 foot high flight
simulator room, several offices, electronic repair shop, hydraulic
power unit room, mechanical room and electrical room totaling 4,600 SF.
Construction will be masonry and gypsum board walls and a drop-in tile
ceiling. Project will require heavy emphasis in electrical and
mechanical disciplines. Including 225 KVA electrical and lighting
system, 45 tons of air conditioning. Construction time will be 180
calendar days from NTP. Magnitude of project is between $100,000 and
$500,000. Bidding documents available fifteen (15) calendar days from
