Provide all plant labor, material and equipment and perform all work required to ''Revitalization of Bldg 1207 for realignment of Headquarters CECOM, Fort Monmouth, NJ.'' Except for work described in optional bid items ''A,'' ''B,'' ''C,'' and Unit Bid Price Item. In strict accordance with drawing Nos. 10733-1 thru 10733-40 and specifications, PR 94-0957. The scope of work shall include the renovation of the ground and first floor of the building to office space for the relocation of CECOM to Main Post. This work includes the construction of demountable partition walls, restrooms, and interior finish materials. Optional Bid Item ''A'' Provide all plant labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required to install demountable partition walls with door frames, for rooms 106 thru 171 on the first floor, Building 1207, Fort Monmouth, NJ in strict accourance with the Drawing Nos 10733-1 thru 10733-40 and specifications PR 94-0957. Optional Bid Item ''B'' provide all plant labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required to ''Install occupancy sensors, power packs, and slave packs for lighting control at building 1207, Fort Monmouth, NJ.'' In strict accordance with the drawing Nos. 10733-1 thru 10733-40 and specifications PR 94-0957. Optional Bid Item ''C'' provide all plant labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required to ''Install surge suppression devices for distribution panels serving Building 1207 Fort Monmouth, NJ.'' in strict accordance the drawing Nos. 10733-1 thru 10733-40 and specifications PR 94-0957. Unit Bid Price Item, the following Unit Bid Price item will be used where required and as directed by the Contracting Officer Representitive. The estimated quantities will be used to replace existing deteriorated insulated metal building panels. The work includes removal of panels from window frames and installation of new panels and sealant. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Site visit will be specified in IFB DAAB08-95-B-0021. Construction completion time is 210 days. This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted procurement. There will be a charge of $25.00 per set of drawings and specifications. All checks are to be drawn to ''Finance and Accounting Officer.''
