INSTALL CEILING BUILDING 501 located on the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base portion of the Tulsa International Airport, 4200 N. 93rd East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The project includes all plant, labor, materials, services, incidentals, and equipment to perform all work as described on the plans and specifications. The project includes but is not limited to installation of government supplied materials as described in the statement of work for this project for an approximate 32,700 square ft. hangar housing F-16 fighter maintenance. Hangar height varies from 27 ft. to 54 ft. and portions of the hangar must remain in use during installation. Contractor is to supply all specialized equipment and labor for complete installation of the suspended ceiling system. All work must be completed within 60 calendar days after the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contract will be issued as unrestricted. All parties interested in bidding this project must request an IFB packet from the USPFO For Oklahoma, Attn: OKPFO-PC, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 4 May 95 and will be issued on a first come basis until all plans have been exhausted. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
