Project QJKL 94-0045, involves upgrading storm drainage facilities by providing grit and oil traps for all storm drainage leaving the site. Work includes, but is not limited to site work, including stripping of top soil, excavation, landscaping, construct stormwater treatment tanks, construct associated storm sewers and manholes, haul debris and unsuitable or excess material, repair of bituminous pavement, repair of portland cement concrete pavement and cleaning of all sewers. The SIC Code is 1623. Magnitude of construction is $100,000 to $250,000. Project construction period is 90 calendar days. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued o/a 15 May 95 and opened o/a 14 Jun 95. Dates are for estimating purposes only and may be revised as indicated in the IFB. The proposed contract is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, but not later than 15 calendar days from the publication of this notice, indicate interest in this acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above, written evidence of capability to perform this type of construction and a written Certification of Eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis to large and small business without further notice.
