System will be used by the physical therapy deaprtment of the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, to test muscle strength of peripheral joints, provide passive and resistive exercises, to simulate full range of motion of everday functional tasks, and to measure exercise capacity to establish a baseline performance, teach progress, and compare a patient's ability to perform a specific job or functional requirement.
