The term of this contract(s) will be effective on July 1, 1995 for one year with four - one year options to renew. The successful offeror shall, subject to the availability of transportation service by the LDC, furnish the Government with all the natural gas requirements contained in the solicitation. The Government will take possession of natural gas purchased at the LDC side of the city gate. All essentail requirements are outlined in the solicitation.
