include the the title: ''SPACE STATION FLUIDS/COMBUSTION FACILITY''
(SS/FCF) CODR package, and your company's name, phone no., and mailing
address. NASA LeRC is releasing to interested parties (for information
purposes only) the Conceptual Design Review (CoDR) data package for
SS/FCF. SS/FCF is a modular, multi-user facility which will be
developed to perform microgravity science experiments onboard the
United States Laboratory Module of the International Space Station. The
facility consists of core, combustion module, fluids module and
experiments-specific instruments which will be used to perform a
multitude of fluid physics and combustion science investigations
onboard the Space Station. Upgrades to facility hardware and software
during the operational phase of the Space Station program will permit
sustained systematic research in these areas of scientific
investigation over the lifetime of the Space Station. The NASA Lewis
Research Center may elect to procure any or all portions of the
facility development, integration, upgrades and/or operations and will
release to interested parties data package(s) pertaining to the SS/FCF
(for information purposes only). In as much as information contained in
these data packages is subject to change and funds have not yet been
appropriated for said procurement(s), the release of such data packages
does not bind the Government in any way to issue a Request for
Proposals, award a contract or perform any work set forth in said
