Trader, Chief, Specialized Contracting Flight, Commercial 0425-53-4179, or FAX 011-81-425-51-0973 JAPAN. 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources with the capabilities for international telecommunications services such as international telephone services, international telegraph services, international maritime satellite communication services, international telex services, international circuits and interface equipment, international television receiption services (INTELSAT), international packet switched network services, international credit card services, international integrated services digital network (ISDN), international network services, VTC terminal equipment/services (equipment leasing), frame relay service, and ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode). The performnce period will be at least 5 years. These services are for all US Forces in Japan. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) will be forwarded to all responding sources as soon as it is completed. Sources may submit available company literature/brochures. Response to this sources sought announcement is strictly voluntary. There will be no charge to the U.S. Government for the Submission Data in response to this announcement. This sources sought announcement does not create any financial obligation for the Government. Eventual awardees must comply with Japanese law for telecommunications services. (107)
