A project to conduct stream and fish surveys on the Sweet Home and Detroit Ranger Districts, Willamette National Forest, Linn and Marion Counties. The successful Offeror will be selected on the basis of the following Evaluation Criteria, which are given in descending order of importance: (1) The number of years that the firm has participated in similar kinds of work involved, or portions thereof, and the qualifications (expertise, manpower, etc.), to complete the project described; (2) Educational and pertinent related work experience for person(s) assigned to supervise the project and phases thereof. At minimum, the supervisor may function as the observer (caller) on a two person survey crew; (3) Realism of planning and scheduling to assure quality performance and timely competion of the total contract. Estimated start work date is August 14, 1995. Contract performance time is 60 days. See Notes 1 and 3. The proposed procurement is totally set-aside for Small Business/Labor Surplus Area concerns.
