The position requires the Senior Observer to have experience as a Division, Brigade, and MEF Commander and must be capable of planning, executing, and teaching in both joint and combined operations and must be able to foresee any problems, ask questions, provide solutions during the rehearsals and conduct of the Command Post Exercises.
