Hite, 303-275-5274, Contracting Officer Christine O'Guin The project will consist of recycling an existing asphalt surface by grinding/pulverizing for a base, then applying a clay/aggregate surface. The results will be an aggregate surface road of approximately 8'' thick (4'' asphalt and 4'' clay/aggregate. The project site can be located by driving approximately 3.5 miles northeast from Thedford NE, on Highway 2. From Highway 2 turn south on FDR 259 (Gaston Road). The first section will be from the railroad tracks south to the Forest Boundary, approximately 0.5 mile. The second section will start at a point approximately 3 mile south of the Forest Boundary and continue south to FDR 203. Work must be completed within 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range for this project is between S25,000 and S100,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (0108)
