There will be provisions for: 3 shower stalls, 3 water closets, 3 sink vanities, make-up vanity, mirrors, toilets, dispensers, trash cans, lockers, CMU walls, acoustical ceiling, gypsum board ceiling, wall mounted fluorescent light fixtures, receptacles, heat timers, floors, metal door, hardware, floor drains, ductwork, plumbing piping, insulation, painting, and any other incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $25,000 to $100,000. The SIC code is 1711 and the size standard is $7.0 Million. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set-aside for SDB concerns.
