Repair existing roof drain and replace broken dome strainer,replace existing duct and pipe vent flashing and roof vent to match. Remove and re-install wooden walkway and paint equipment, ducts, pipe flashings, hoods, and other metal surfaces to match. Results of asbestos survey not available at this time. Approximate roof area is 32,000 sq.ft.. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
