Construct Golf Course Maintenance Facility of 4000 square feet of enclosed area at Andersen AFB, Guam. Project includes site clearing, site work, access ramps, required utility connections for electricity, sewer and water line, exterior and interior electrical system, associated plumbing system, fire alarm and protection system, exterior and interior painting, roof scuppers and other associated work under Project AJJY 95-5101. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period is 240 calendar days after notice to proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to the solicitation. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. A nonrefundable fee of $51.00, payable to the United States Department of Treasury, is required for each solicitation requested. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express, or DHL account numbers with their request for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
