Work performed under this contract includes the removal and replacement of the windows in the main hospital. Work entails General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Asbestos removal. Contract duration is 300 days (est.) A complete 10 year window systems warranty is required from the manufactureer against defects in design, materials, and workmanship.
