Contractor shall provide a materials handler, battery, and battery charger in accordance with the following salient characteristics: Material Handler: standup type, 4000 lbs capacity on 24 inch load center, 100 inches nominal lifting height, 150 inches extended lifting height, forks shall be 42 inches X 4 inches, hydraulically retracting overhead safety guard, collapsed height not to exceed 83 inches, overall width shall not exceed 44 inches and length shall not exceed 112 inches, self-propelled and electrically operated/powered with on-board battery, lift to include sideshifting carriage with 10/3 degree backward/forward tilt; Battery: weigh no more than 3000 pounds, no lower than 35 kiloWatt Hour capacity at nominal working voltage, full rechargeable within 12 hours, nominal operating life of 2 years and shelf life of 3 years; Battery Charger: shall have an input power of 208/220 VAC 3-phase, capable of fully recharging the battery within 12 hours.
