The solicitation for the Near-Term Digital Radio (NTDR) is forecast for dissemination VIA the CECOM ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD (EBB) on 3 MAY 95. This procurement shall support Phase I of the program by procuring a sufficient quantity of the NTDR for testing in the DIV XXI Advanced Warfighting Experiment (AWE), assess the NTDR Performance in this AWE, and position a contract option for additional NTDRS for testing in the CORPS XXI AWE. The competitive solicitation will be issued on a combined fixed price, cost plus incentive fee, and time and materials basis. The basic contract will be for the purchase of hardware, software, installation kits, systems engineering and testing, ETC. All NTDR related information shall only be available VIA the EBB.
