This is a market survey to determine vendors capable of providing an audio distribution system that provides receive audio and transmit audio/Push To Talk (PTT) control to four positions (NCO DOWO, NCOIC, and a spare position). Each position shall provide four (4) speaker-amplifiers for receiver audio monitoring and one handset for transmitter audio and PTT control. Each of the four speaker-amplifiers shall include a volume control, a visual indicator to provide indication of an incoming audio call, and a ''write-on'' strip to record the particular net or channel to which the speaker is connected, and shall be used in conjunction with a selector switch capable of selecting any one of the six receiver audio sources for presentation to that speaker. The handset circuitry shall include a volume control and a PTT control and shall be used in conjunction with a selector switch capable of routing transmitter audio and PTT key lines to any one of three selected transmitters. The system shall include the means of providing PTT control to the six radios used in the receiver position of the system. This capability will be used to provide PTT control for those radios when the integral cryptos are re-keyed and does not require remote capability at the operator's positions. The system shall provide distribution amplifiers, audio mixers, manual switching to allow the selection of desired audio sources and audio/PTT key line destinations, and appropriate inter-connecting audio cabling as required to provide the necessary audio distribution and control. The audio distribution system must interface with and be compatible with Motorola LST5E radios and remote audio.
