65 -- MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VETERINARY EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES SOL 516-063-95 DUE 060695 POC Contracting Officer, Cathy Johnson, (813)398-9340 This Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Advanced Air Technologies, Inc, to furnish and install a Model 2002 Ethylene Oxide Abatement System. This system must be able to interface with a variety of sterilizers and aerators (to include AMSCO Series 3000 ETO Sterilizer, 3M Model 5XL 10090 ETO Sterilizer, and AMSCO aerators). All pumps and interfaces to existing sterilizers and aerators are to be supplied with the abatement system, as well as on-site technical installation and training support. Abatement system must be able to handle the volume of 200 cubic feet per minutes of exhaust from a variety of sterilizer and aerator systems, with no interruption of cycles. The functioning abatement system must reduce ethylene oxide levels to .1 to .5 ppm or lower. System will be installed utilizing local maintenance personnel. System must use the existing exhaust ducts and air conditioning utility systems, with a minimum of modification by local maintenance personnel. (0109)
