93 -- INJECTION MOLDED SEEKER DOME SKIRT SOL N68936-95-R-0267 DUE 052695 POC Janet Blackwell, Procurement Technician, (619) 939-8178. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division plans to procure the following: fifteen (15) injection molded seeker dome skirt units which will be cast from PEEK with 30% glass fiber fill. The contractor shall make an injection mold which will be used to produce the required dome skirt units. The molded skirt is conical in shape and is approximately 6 inches in diameter and 6 inches in length. The full description of the part to be molded is contained on Dome Skirt Drawing #39100796 sheet 1 and sheet 2. The resulting mold generated to make the dome skirt will become the property of the government after the molding is completed. Alternate proposals for the generation of the molded skirts which will improve ease of molding and/or provide lower cost solutions will be considered. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA 93555-6001 within 90 days after contract award.
