Department of Education, Office of the Under Secretary requires a contractor to conduct additional analyses needed to understand the relationship of participation in Chapter 1 programs to student outcomes. The project involves examination of four years of data from the national longitudinal study, summarization and analysis of data, and preparation of three reports, over a two year period. No restrictions apply. Eligilbe offerors include individual researchers, postsecondary educational institutions, small businesses, institutions of higher education, and other private, public or non-profit research agencies, organizations, and institutions. RFP-95-021 wil be issued on or about May 9, 1995 and will close on June 8, 1995. All requests shall reference RFP-95-021 and title of the RFP.
