The work includes site work, replacement of HVAC equipment and systems, plumbing modifications, electrical retrofit including new lighting, asbestos abatement, selective interior demolition, installation of interior finishes, installation of lighting protection system, etc. The total estimated cost of construction of this project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000.
