Project involves: General interior space alterations including selective demolition, cast in place concrete, un!t(masonry, structural steel, roofing, woodwork, joint sealers, doors, frames, hardware, glass, lath & plaster, drywall, stone, acoustical ceilings, tile flooring, resilient wall base, carpet painting, wall coverings, toilet partitions,P.oilet accessories, vault doors, courtroom furniture, security construction, plumbing; HVAC, electBiKal, lighting, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems. Option 1: Provide and install the fire sprinkler system. Option 2: !ovide and install the electrical junction box extension. g(tion 3: Prov ide New fire alarm system. Option 4: Lighting Retrofit. The bidder or subcontractor performing the roofing work shall meet the competency qualification requirements as specified in Section 00120 of the specifications. Any contractor or subcontractor performing asbestos or other hazardous material work shall satisfy special responsibility and shall provide bodily injury liability insurance coverage written on the comprehensive form of policy of at least $500,000 per occurrence. Such ceVHrage must encompass liabilities arising from work with hazardous materials involved. The Government will not indemnify against such risks.
