The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary at the U.S. Army Adelphi Laboratory Center, for the complete replacement of twenty-one (21) existing leaking PCB Genisco low voltage power line filters. The Contractor shall be responsible for disconnecting, removing and disposing of the power line filters at the U.S. Army Adelphi Laboratory Center. The Contractor shall replace the filters with new non-PCB low voltage power line filters, 120/208 VAC 3 phase-4 wire-100 AMPERES- 60 HZ insertion loss of 100 Db minimum over frequency range of 14KHZ to 10 GHZ on all conductors and neutral. 1 JOB. FOB Destination. Period of performance is 90 days. This proposed procurement is being considered for 100% set-aside as 8(a) competitive, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) or Small Business (SB) in that order. This qualification statement must include evidence of capability to perform in the above areas and a positive statement of eligibility in one of the potential set-aside areas. If adequate interest is not received from 8(a) concerns, this procurement will be considered for SDB set-aside. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this procurement will be considered for SB set-aside. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, this procurement will be conducted on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
