Box 660246, M/S 256, Dallas, Texas 75266-0246. This order procures services to repair, test, and/or evaluate High Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Guidance and Control sections. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimatefamiliarity with the HARM system to meet this requirement.
