59 -- POWER SUPPLY SOL DAAB07-N/A POC MS. LINDA COLLEGE, CONTRACT SPECIALIST 908-532-5798. The Army is contemplating the release FFP requirements RFP for a NDI/COTS Power Supply for powering radio terminals such as the AN/PSC-S. A minimum of 500 units will be procured with a delivery rate of 75 per month. NO GFE CAN BE PROVIDED. A functional and narrative specification for these power supplies is near completion and will be available to intertested parties prior to the release of the formal RFP. Top level minimum desired technical features follow: Primary power source, 110-120 VAC and 220 VAC, 50-60 Hz; Output power, 24 VDC +/-10%, at 4 amps, with 10% peak to 5 amps capability; Signal isolation from DC connector to AC line cord by design; Benign (office) environmental conditions; Comply with National Electric Code ANSI/NFPA 70 guidelines; EMI shall conform to FCC Part 15, Class B and VDE 0871 Curve B; UL recognized (UL 1950), CSA certified and TUV licensed; Weight shall be less than 5 lb.; As part of contract performance, limited design drawings will be requested for analysis of basic design, reliability, and EMI considerations. These drawings may be in contractor format and are expected to be proprietary in nature. All technical data supplied will be properly protected and returned if required. Qualification testing is not contemplated as part of this procurement, however, certificate of compliance to advertised performance specification and commercial warranty will be required.
