The Naval Research Laboratory intends to procure the design, development, testing, and support of an Ultra-High Resolution Digital Framing Electro Optical Camera. Delivery of prototype camera is required 16 months after contract award. Upon delivery of the aforementioned, NRL intends to negotiate and contract with successful offeror for six (6) additional cameras on a firm fixed price basis.
