The Naval Research Laboratory intends to procure the design, development, testing, and support of an Advanced High Performance Digital Framing IR Camera. Delivery of prototype camera is required 20 months after contract award. Upon delivery of the aforementioned, NRL intends to negotiate and contract with the successful offeror for six (6) additional cameras on a firm fixed price basis.
