Architect-Engineer Services, Lolo National Forest, for Professiona Land Surveying on an indefinite quantity basis for one calendar year with renewal options for two additional years. Services required include the following: land line location, maintenance and/or remonumentation of land survey corner monuments, corner search, corner recordation and related miscellaneous work. Work is located on the Lolo National Forest in Montana. The estimated cost is less than $100,000. In evaluating proposals, the following criteria will be applied: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services, (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules, (5) Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of locality of the project.
