Sources are sought to provide support for 17 Wellfleet Routers, Model 8210 which are critical to the operation of the Local Area Network (LAN) in operation throughout Hanscom Air Force Base. The proposed contract will include the following: Hardware parts replacement with overnight shipping, as necessary. Upgrades to all firmware and software programs. Telephone support (i.e., help desk) for a minimum of 12 hours per day for hardware and software problems.
