The purpose of this contract is to secure reforestation and timber stand examinations on the Hood River, Bear Springs, and Barlow Ranger Districts on the Mt. Hood National Forest, on approximately 5,007 plots. The contractor will furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operation supplies and incidentals except those items listed as Government-furnished.
