Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections facility(s) services for female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control accountability and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the New Orleans, Louisiana area. Operational hotels/motels will not be considered as a physical plant for this requirement. Estimated total number of mandays are 10,950 mandays for the base period, 5,840 mandays for the first and second option years respectively, 6,205 for the third option year. Estimated RFP issue date is May 22, 1995. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated.
