Husbanding Agent/Port Services to support U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships and vessels in the port of Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. Types of services required include, but are not limited to, the following: providing and/or arranging for CHT (Sewage) removal, Trash Removal, Water Taxi Service, Vehicle Rental, Interpreter services, arranging with other contractors for providing provisions such as fresh fruit and vegetables, providing cellular telephones and/or portable radios, providing assistance in protocol functions, arranging customs brokerage services, cargo lighterage, drayage, crane and forklift services, and various other support services required by U.S. vessels in a foreign port. The period of performance will be a base year with two (2) one-year option periods, with performance estimated to begin on or about 1 December 1995.
