The purpose of this announcement is to inform all prospective offerors that the type of contract contemplated for this effort is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with fixed-price delivery orders. The minimum direct productive labor hours (DPLH) required for this effort will be 46,240 DPLH per year, and the maximum will remain 272,000 DPLH per year.
