The scope of work for Building 1208 West incluldes, providing new finishes, offices and construction of handicapped toilet facilities. Project for Building 1208 West has government furnished equipment (unit kitchens, office doors and plumbing fixtures) Construction completion for Bldg 1208 West is 240 days. Project for Bldg 1208 West contains an optional bid item to furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required to install occupancy sensor, power packs and slave packs for lighting control. The scope of work for Building 1209 includes providing new finishes, offices and kitchen areas. Project for Building 1209 has government furnished equipment (unit kitchens, Raised access floor panels, Day Gate and Vault Door, Break Room Cabinets, Counter top and appliances). Construction completion for Bldg 1209 is 180 days. Project for Bldg 1209 contains three optional bid items; ''A,'' to provide all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required, to install window blinds, optional bid item ''B,'' to furnish all plant labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required to install occupancy sensor, power packs and slave packs for lighting control, and optional bid item ''C,'' to provide all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required, to install Surge Suppression for all Power and Lighting Panels, located on the Ground and first floors of Bldg 1209.
