Sweeney, (315) 772-6510. Provide all supervision, plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances necessary to construct an addition (Building P-37) to Wilcox Clinic, Fort Drum, New York. Work will include, but is not limited to, construction of a new facility approximately 31' 6'' x 86' 5'' to include foundations and footings, brick face/CMU cavity wall, standing seam metal roof over plywood sheathing and wood trusses, interior partitions, windows, reinforced concrete floor with VCT or carpet, suspended 2X2 recessed acoustic ceilings, heating and cooling system, power and other utilities, to include fire alarm, phones and lighting system. This procurement is estimated at between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 365 calendar days. Bid Issuance Date will be O/A 15 May 95. This is an unrestricted procurement.
