Toy, POC T. Smith. Indefinite Quantity Contract. For Asbestos, Abatement in either postal owned or leased facilities located in State of New York, Counties of New York, Bronx, Nassau, Suffolk, Richmond, Kings and Queens. The contract work will include the following: Asbestos removal, encapsulation, and repair necessary to complete the work required by Work Order and supporting specifications. The work may include any of the items detailed in the ``Unit Price Schedule.'' Offers will consist of a single multiplier. The multiplier will be applicable to each and every item of work listed in the unit price schedule set forth in the specifications. Award will be made in accordance with Section M of Specification. The Postal Service reserves the right to make multiple awards. The minimum cumulative total dollar value of all work orders will be at least $10,000.00; the maximum cumulative total dollar value of all work orders may not exceed $1,000,000.00. The total contract may extend no longer than two years. Solicitation packages will be ready on or about April 20, 1995. Note: A proposal guarantee in the amount of $20,000.00 must be submitted with your proposal. Request for solicitation package must be accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of $100.00 made payable to Disbursing Officer, USPS. Payments for solicitation packages are Non-Refundable. There Will Be No Formal Public Bid Opening for this solicitation.
