Work includes: General interior demolition, preparation and refinishing of hangar door tracks, track deicing and drainage systems. Alterations repairs of hangar doors, personnel doors, roller assemblies, replacement of compressed air system, renovation of toilet facilities, repair and upgrade of heating and control systems. Upgrade water supply system including replacement of heat exchangers, add portable high pressure washers and emergency eye-wash stations, install interior drainage trenches, grit chamber, oil/water separator with concrete vault encasement with connection to sewer system. Painting and cleaning of interior walls and ceiling surfaces other than prefinished metal surfaces and steel trusses. Magnitude of Construction: $500,000 - $1,000,000. Performance Period: 180 days.
