Also needed: demolition of 10 buildings and the mothballing of 10 buildings; a perimeter security system with fencing; lighting; gates; and relocation of labs/test sites including disassembly, packing, transport, re-installation in the new location, and operational test to certify the relocation. Prior to award, the apparent low bidder shall be required to submit specific info demonstrating its ability to meet the stated minimum qualifications in the IFB pertaining to disassembly, packing, transport, re-installation, and operational test of complex labs/test sites such as propulsion and machinery, submarine equipment, AC and refrigeration, communication systems, and pollution equipment. The SIC code will be 1542 and the size standard is $17.0 Million. Estimated cost range: $12,000,000 to $17,000,000. This proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted.
