Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to modify the Fort Niobrara National Wildlife Refuge (FNWR) Machine Shed/Shop Metal Building and the Valentine National Wildlife Refuge (VALNWR) Machine Storage/Service Quonset. Work includes the following: excavating soils and constructing interior reinforced concrete slabs on grade, constructing interior partition wall including door and frame, and insulating exterior walls and roof for portion of building south of the interior partition for FNWR; excavating soils and constructing interior and exterior reinforced concrete slabs on grade for VALNWR. The project is located at the Fort Niobrara-Valentine National Wildlife Refuge Complex. FNWR is located approximately four miles east of Valentine, Nebraska and the VALNWR is located approximately 32 miles south of Valentine, Nebraska. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 8, 1995. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Government Estimate is less than $25,000. (108)
