Major work items include interior and selected exterior demolition of the restroom, removal of an air compressor, pressurized tanks, and 10,000 gallon underground water tank, and reconstruction of the restroom interior. Other work includes roofing, concrete ramp and bituminous walkway construction, excavation, and installing controls for the water supply system. Estimated cost of the work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 051795 at a cost of $13.00 per set.
