General Services Administration wishes to announce that on or about may
4, 1994, solicitation fcgr-95-0014-N for COST-per-copy (CPC) copier
requirements for the General Services Administration in Dallas/Ft.
Worth, Texas will be issued. This procurement will require furnishing
copiers, accessories, furnishing and delivery of conumable supplies
(except paper), emergency repair service, periodic preventive
maintenance and key operator training. Copier requirements have been
broken down into five volume bands, defined as follows. Volume bandi,
15 copeies per minute minimum, and 0-5,000 copies per month; volume
bandii, 20 copies per minute minimum, and 50,001-15,000 copies per
month; volume band III, 30 copies per minute minimum, and 15,001-30,000
copies per month, volume band IV, 45 copies per minute minimum,
30,001-50,000 copies per month; volume band V, 55 copies per minute
minimum, 50,001-80,000 copies per month. GSA, Dallas/Ft. Worth, has
Given an initial machine estimate of 83 units. Copiers being offered
shall be manufacture'S most current production models, either new or
newly remanufactured. This procurement will be a negotiated single awrd
firm fixed price contract. The contract period will be for a one year
period from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with four one
