Wall (410) 278-2286 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground Support Activity, Directorate of Contracting has a requirement for the following SMART Kit's: SMART Kit B.G; SMART Kit Anthrax; SMART Kit SEB; SMART Kit Bot Toxin; and SMART Kit - Y Pestis. There shall be 25 tickets per kit with 240 kits each being ordered. These kits shall be purchased on a brand name or equal basis with the brand name being New Horizons Diagnostics Corporation. The kits shall be hand-held that requires no electronic instrumentation. They shall use a colloidal gold particle concentration immunoassay with gold particles as an immunolable which can only be seen by the naked eye on a capture membrane. The total test time for each device shall be less than 20 minutes. One ticket shall be required for each test, shall be individually packaged; and shall be 10''x10.5''x4.5''.
