The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis with Kaman Electronmagnetic Corporation, 2 Fox Road, Hudson, MA 01749 for a breadboard design of a compact electromagnetic, pulsed power, unmanned aerial vehicle launcher. The vehicle launcher must meet operational parameters in terms of projectile mass capability (35 -70 lb), launch speed (100 ft/sec), launcher length (10 ft maximum) and pulsed power capability.
