The National Institutes of Health, DHHS has a need to enter into a partnership agreement with one or more organizations to setup a NIH Electronic Computer Store for the acquisition of commercial off-the -shelf general purpose computers (Personal Computers; Macintosh) and peripherals. An Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, Task Order Type contract with adjustable price provisions is contemplated. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for a twelve month base period with one option to extend the period of performance for an additional twelve months. A Request For Information (RFI) will be available for Industry Comment approximately seven calendar days from the publication of this notice. Interested parties will have approximately two weeks to provide their comments on the draft solicitation document. The Government will not formally respond to vendor comments or questions, however, the Government will consider incorporating the comments into any revisions to the solicitation document. Sources interected in responding to this Request For Information or receiving a copy of the draft solicitation document should submit a written request to the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist specified above. Sources responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are a Large, Small, Disadvantaged, or Woman Owned organization.
