The base year will have a quantity of one each while the two one-year option periods will have a quantity of 5 each. Delivery shall be within 180 days after date of contract award and delivered as FOB Destination. Telephonics is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Level II and Level III drawings are not available. The above parts are in support of the following aircraft: EP-3E and ES-3A.
