99 -- SOLID STATE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS (SSTC) SOL RFP5-15679/229 POC RUCHI SHARMA, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, (301)286-3989 BRADLEY J POSTON, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (301)286-6843. 99--Solid State Temperature Controllers (SSTC) SOL Request for Proposal (RFP)5-15679/229 NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Intends to issue RFP5-15679/229, on a sole source basis to TAYCO Engineering for the design, fabrication, testing and delivery of twelve (12) flight qualified SSTCs for use on the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM). TAYCO has previously supplied the Government flight qualified SSTCs for another project and these SSTCs will incorporate the same electrical design for TRMM. The anticipated delivery schedule for the electronics is 6 months after the effective date of the contract. We anticipate a firm fixed price contract. We expect to release the RFP at the beginning of May.
