EXT 227, (910)396-4362 The U.S. Government at Fort Bragg, North
Carolina has a requirement for analytical services for the period 1
July 1995 through 30 June 1996 with two (2) - one year options. The
Government shall provide the Contractor with samples to perform the
analytical services in a certified laboratory. The contractor must be
certified by the State of North Carolina and all analytical services
shall conform to mandated requirements as identified in the North
Carolina Administrative Code, Title 15a, Subchapter 18c, Rules
government Public Water Systems, Sections .0100 through .2100, and EPA
Summary of Phase II regulations or reciprocity agreement with the
State of North Carolina in lieu of Certification. Due to the
uncertainty of the place of performance at this time, the Contracting
Officer has requested wage determinations for possible places or areas
for analytical services for the following locations: West Columbia, SC
(Lexington County), Fairfax, VA (Fairfax County), Spring, TX (Harris
County), Davis, CA (Yolo County), Marlton, NJ (Burlington County),
Raleigh & Cary, NC (Wake County) and Research Triangle Park, NC (Durham
County). The Contracting Officer will request wage determinations for
additional possible places of performance, if asked to do so in
writing. The time and date by which requests for wage determinations
for additional places must be received by the Contracting Officer is
close of business (4:00 PM E.T.) 10 days from the date of issuance of
the solicitation. Bid Opening Date (BOD) is estimated, actual BOD and
time will be included in the solicitation. Only written or faxed
requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Due to automation of
the Bidders Mailing list, certain pertinent information is required
before vendors can be added to the list. It is, therefore, required
that all responses/requests include the vendor's business size. The
Standard Industrial Code for this project is 8734 and to be considered
a small business under this code you may have had no more than $5
million in annual average revenues over the preceding three fiscal
years. FSC/Supply Code is B599. This procurement is 100 percent
