The Air Mobility Command Contracting Flight anticipates issuance of a competitive solicitation, restricted as a Small Business Set Aside, for marketing support services for the Family Support Centers (FSCs) at Scott AFB IL and McConnell AFB KS. The services required are to provide a comprehensive marketing plan which includes a focus group research study to respond to the needs of the FSC. Contractor must be certified through the American Association of Advertising Agencies and be a full-service marketing agency. Contractor must also have a minimum of 5 years in creative marketing programs and research in the area of health and/or social services. Period of performance is 75 days with award contemplated on or about 15 Aug 95. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Alternate proposals will not be solicited. The RFP is anticipated to be released on or about 7 Jun 95. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 8732 with the Small Business Standard at $3.5M. All interested offerors shall indicate their business size (i.e., small or small disadvantaged), in their written request for the RFP.
